About Me

Hello! I’m Shaliyah, a dedicated Birth and Postpartum Doula and Natural Childbirth Educator. My journey into the world of birth work began with my own transformative experiences of bringing my five children into the world and the profound moments I've shared while attending the births of friends and family. Witnessing the power of birth firsthand ignited a passion in me to support and empower others during this incredible life event.

I received my training from AMANI BIRTH, where I learned the importance of nurturing not just the physical aspects of birthing, but also the emotional and spiritual journeys that accompany it. As a proud mother of five and a grandmother of two, I deeply understand the unique joys and challenges that come with childbirth and parenting.

I am passionate about serving my community by educating women on their birth rights and helping them feel empowered throughout the birthing process. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where families can express their desires and make informed choices about their birth journey.
